Richard J. Landes, Jacksonville Criminal Defense Attorney

A Proven Negotiator and Trial Lawyer in Jacksonville, Florida

Richard Landes

If your freedom is at stake, you can count on me to fight for it — skillfully and with genuine passion. I have the hard-won experience serious criminal cases demand, earned in state and federal courts throughout New York and Florida. That experience ranges across the spectrum from complex fraud and conspiracy charges to many drug possession, trafficking and cultivation charges with defendants facing the possibility of decades in prison or life sentences.

Decades of Experience Handling High-Stakes Criminal Cases

The basics of my background include earning an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and graduating from Brooklyn Law School. I was admitted to practice law in New York in 1986 and Florida in 1995. Following four trial-intensive years as an Assistant District Attorney, I established my own criminal defense practice and have since handled nearly every type of case imaginable — fighting for the rights and freedom of wage earners, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and people accused of involvement with organized crime.

My mission is to make a life-changing difference for each client I represent throughout the Jacksonville area and northeast Florida. If you have been arrested and charged or contacted as part of an investigation, there is no time to lose. I encourage you to review my trial experience and follow the link above to learn more about me, or simply contact me now for game-changing protection of your record and your future.
